Normally, a wire to the source voltage for a wire is connected on the Humidistat. The wire goes to the remaining wire on the humidistat to a cable from the water valve of the humidifier. The wire goes through the line or in the humidifier water valve to the source voltage. Note: The voltage source can be either a secondary issue of a step-down transformer (24V) or could be, 24 terminals in the Control Panel.
